Sometimes I send emails to myself -- little reminders of an idea or an occurrence that seemed worth preserving in some form.  Intellectual noise.  I think it's better to keep these things in a more dynamic form, with links between them where appropriate.  This site is the result of that attempt.  Most things here will not be particularly original, but they're really just me putting things in my own words.  I'll try to link to original sources where I can.
